标题[问题] 关於ROSC的定义的疑问

各位先进大家好，闲来无聊看到ROSC的定义的时候觉得有点不解，想跟大家请教一下：
根据1991年Utstein Definitions：
Any ROSC的定义是
By consensus, the phrase “any ROSC” is intended to represent
a brief (approximately 30 seconds) restoration of spontaneous circulation
that provides evidence of more than
an occasional gasp, occasional fleeting palpable pulse, or arterial waveform.
这样定义的话，没有自发性呼吸的脑死病患不就永远没有ROSC了吗？
想请各位先进帮忙解惑，谢谢～
