标题[问题]NSCL cancer stage Ia和 target therapy

身边有朋友是non small cell lung cancer stage Ia
tumor size about 0.9cm
LN no finding
翻了翻教科书 和徵询其VS的意见
皆表示Ia 目前只要手术清除即算cure
但心中不免还是有点毛毛的
想请问板上众高手
若是将patho 送基因定序
对target therapy有response (eg. Iressa, Tarceva)
Ia是否建议自费吃? (经济尚可负担药费)
搜寻了一下
发现只有Ib的study 而且是比较吃5-FU和没吃的
结果似乎没有显着差异
不晓得有没有Ia的 study?
又 有比较early stage吃target therapy的outcome文章否?
不晓得大家的意见会不会建议吃呢?
