P.695 Symptoms are present in only 35-50% of patients with leiomyomas.Thus,most leiomyoma do not produce symptoms,and even very large ones may remain undetected,particularly in obsess patient. P.693 Leiomyoma are usually less than 15 cm in size…….. 阴以台湾临床上妇产科所见,在妇产科接过的病人的确以myoma为主,据统计结果每本书 大约都是说育龄妇女有将近25%有myoma,且大多数为无症状也可再观察,且盛行率随着 年纪增长而增加可以到50%...不认为以这样高的盛行率在实际临床上A选项的黄体囊肿 可以比myoma必须先r/o掉,建议A D 均给分 --
