因为mood disorder严重的时候也会出现psychotic s/s
这条就我所知来说应该是为了避免混淆
如果患者长期以来都是躁期或郁期才有的psychotic s/s那诊断就比较不会摆schizo
另外听说schizo的没有现实感或者妄想部分有时候不是那麽好判断
bipolar mania和schizo有时是很难监别的
这是听学长姊讲的，有问题再讨论呗
