Toronto and Taiwan followed shortly afterwards, with Taiwan removed on 5 July. 事实上，当时绝大多数病例与SARS无关， 拿所谓的「扩散速度」做文章，根本毫无意义 WHO讲的 the most serverly affected area里面，可没有台湾 此外，WHO 在台湾解除疫情後对台湾疫情发展的评价如下： Update 96 - Taiwan, China: SARS transmission interrupted in last outbreak area 5 July Mass education campaigns persuaded the population to check frequently for fever and report promptly at fever clinics, which greatly reduced the time between onset of symptoms and isolation of patients.
