我随便打了份病历,是随便打的没这个病人哦.
想看看用GOOGLE翻了之後会变怎样.
原文:
This 54 years old man has the underlying of diabetes mellitus type 2
(under control of metformin for 2 years), hypertension (under Norvasc
for 1 year). He had an episode of fever to 38 degree and cough with
green sputum two days ago. He took panadol but the symptoms persisted.
Thus, he visited Dr. Shen's OPD. Physical exam revealed fine crackle at
the right medial lobe , regular heart beat without murmur , but no abdominal
tenderness. CRP wass 12.01, WBC 13000 with left shift. He denied nausea and
vomitting, dyspnea, heartburn sensation, palpitation nor headache. Under
the suspicion of pneumonia, he was admitted to our ward for further evaluation
and management.
翻成:
这个 54岁男子已基本2型糖尿病（下控制二甲双胍 2年），高血压（根据辉瑞 1年）。
他有一个小插曲，发烧至38度，咳嗽，咳痰绿色两天前。他普拿疼，但症状仍然存在。
因此，他参观了沉医生的门诊。体检发现罚款裂纹在右内侧叶，经常心跳无杂音，但没有
腹部压痛。 C反应蛋白12.01，白细胞 13000左转变。他否认恶心和呕吐，呼吸困难，
胃灼热感，心悸，也不头疼。根据怀疑肺炎，他被送往病房作进一步的评估和管理。
结论:
我改了好几次, 把简写都改掉了, 还是翻成这副德性...
如果改成中文化, 那是不是以後翻成英文要另外收费?
我可以说我只会写中文,不会写英文, 叫他们自己去找翻译自己翻吗?
