为什麽 Keto 禁用於产科止痛啊?
NSAID是治疗产後子宫收缩疼痛的唯一利器, 连吗啡都不够力
仅仅是不适合哺喂母乳,生产前,或生产过程中使用,
就要无限上纲到整个产科都不能用?
健保局也管太多了吧

in nursing mothers because of the possible adverse effects of
prostaglandin synthetase inhibitors on neonates.
In contrast, the American Academy of Pediatrics considers ketorolac
to be compatible with breast feeding.
Ketorolac 可用在 postcesarean analgesia, reduce uterine cramping pain

In late pregnancy, as with other NSAIDs, TORADOL should be avoided
because it may cause premature closure of the ductus arteriosus.
The use of TORADOL is contraindicated in labor and delivery because,
through its prostaglandin synthesis inhibitory effect, it may adversely
affect fetal circulation and inhibit uterine contractions, thus
increasing the risk of uterine hemorrhage

还记得国考送分题的模式吗?
只要题目有「全部,绝对,一定」等关键字,大家都知道该怎麽作答吧
所以这一题「禁用在产科止痛」
会让人反射性想到 "是所有的产科疼痛都不能使用keto吗?"
答案当然是「否」
所以会去 Google 这个资料来佐证,才发现这麽大的破绽
