Antifibrinolytic agents, such as aminocaproic acid and tranexamic acid, are
contraindicated as initial therapies for hemophilia-related hematuria
originating from the upper urinary tract because they can cause obstructive
uropathy or anuria.
我个人的想法，gross hematuria是个sign，治疗应该是找underlying，
真的会因为gross hematuria而造成major blood loss的话，
那打什麽也没用....
（如acute bloody stool，有人会只打transmin，而不去找出血源头吗？）
因此，我的感觉是，打transamin，是针对那些虚弱到无法再做任何事的病人，
又为了给家属一点交代（我们有打止血针，我们有尽力了），
唯一能使用足以安慰的药....
