A 的话... 目前的想法是因为 as a result 已经过去了.
我学妹是说因为 C 比较好听 = =a
可是如果是正在 increase 咧? 阿灾我还是会选 C.
反正 200题错一题不会痛. XD
主词是 need 所以 B 的 have 要改成 has
