这次给自己时间，到罗东山里净修的主要目的就是想找回「本心」，去除习气。找「心」 很抽象，要了解「心」的作用，最好先从「苦」下手。胎儿出生时带着先天的根气和习气 来到人世，经过各阶段各种社会化活动，学习如何适应世间的人事物，以便存活谋生，因 此建立各种认知，反覆练习、调整，成为自己的「本事」。同时也建立了善恶、好坏、是 非、苦乐、顺逆、多寡、大小等种种「阴阳」概念下的二元对立判断课题。 大部分的人在德行教育的薰陶下，为了求好，求善，求意义，求价值，做了许多「好事」 ，有些对别人当时有实值利益，事後的演变不见得始终有好的结果；有些可能反而造成别 人的负担或不悦。求善、求好的心，仍是因为内心某部分的匮乏。即使初发心为善，此「 善」是相对的，随时间和环境而变化，仍在源史本性上覆盖重重叠叠的「善业」，遮盖本 性。因为不是绝对无漏的，因此仍然污染了「心」。 为了求幸福、求快乐，求富足，想尽办法解决人事物相关问题，以便得到物质或精神上的 享有，当下得到一时的满足，随後产生了持续拥有、对抗妒忌、适应外在环境变化等种种 挑战，快乐多半变成负担、痛苦或压力。这些从小到大层层向上堆叠的「黑云」，也覆盖 了源史本性，使「心」便得隐晦不明。 人世间有许多例行活动或中性的行为，需要和人事物做各种互动，没有非常明显的目的性 和针对性，这些红尘琐事，也成为遮盖本性的灰云。 心要开心，才能安住，因此而能做一位庄严的人。身心越来越自在，越来越松，才是对的 。人的起心动念来自於认知，认知来自於学习，学习是建立在前人的经验和知识。前人的 知识和经验有时空、地域、环境和文化的限制与影响，是非、对错、好坏全是相对的。所 谓的佛性，是所有的人不用学就本自俱足、艮古不变的「不漏」善性。因此只要「绝学」 、「无为」，回归本源，就自然找回「心」了。 此一「绝学」的意思是，非常清楚认知世间法是相对的，需要遵循真理来判断、抉择并行 事。不要以「自我」为出发点，来评断人事物的好坏、优劣，并据以提供意见和建议，下 指导棋，可能带有情绪和偏见。当回归本心，用最真善的态度和感恩与祝福，就能示现爱 的理解及包容；只有当对方主动寻求建议或意见时，才给予适切的安慰及鼓励。看似无为 ，其实是给予对方最大幅度的弹性回旋空间，自发性地改善，成为「无为而无不为」的最 佳结果。 5/3「每日感恩小记」第36轮第14日 1. 感恩同修姗姗和煌仁这一次从台中带来好吃的法国面包，每天早晨都有烤得香喷喷 的外酥内软的面包，配合米粥或汤品，非常好吃。 2. 感恩这几天的蛋奶素餐饮，这几天身体经过调理後感觉非常畅快。 3. 感恩无为师父在共修时提到「认真」、「知道」等等日常使用的名词，是来自於佛 法经典，告诉学习者要凡事掌握「真」，才有可能发展出「真善」与「真美」，否则只能 叫「伪善」与「伪美」，一文不值。 人生的歌 https://www.richestlife.com/music-downloads/the-song-of-this-lifetime/ 一声啼哭 划破了混沌的最初 A first cry split the chaos at the dawn of time, 我们赤身 坠入了红尘的迷雾 Bare and unguarded, we fell into the mist of the material world. 背起行囊 踏上了蜿蜒的长路 With packs on our backs, we stepped onto winding roads, 以为前方 就是那唯一的归宿 Believing ahead lay the one and only way home. 为了学业 忍受着寒窗的刻苦 For our studies, we endured long nights of quiet hardship; 为了事业 吞下了难言的痛楚 For our careers, we swallowed pains we could not name. 用尽青春去交换 世俗的财富 We traded our youth for worldly wealth, 为了家庭 像陀螺不停地忙碌 Spinning nonstop like tops for the sake of family. 在人海里 盲目地 疯狂地追逐 In the sea of faces, blindly, madly, we chase, 渴望攀登 到顶峰 让万人嫉妒 Longing to reach the summit, envied by the crowd below. 若是夜深 回过头 审视着肺腑 But when night falls and we turn inward to examine the heart, 赢了世界 却为何 内心更孤独 Why is it that winning the world leaves us feeling even more alone? 若不知道这一生有天的眷顾 If we don’t know this life is held in the Universe’s grace, 再多成就也只是荒凉的尘土 Then all achievements are nothing but barren dust. 我们总是靠自己倔强地不服 We stubbornly rely on ourselves, refusing to yield, 撞得头破血流後 才懂得臣服 Only after blood and broken pride, do we learn how to surrender. 这是一首今生的歌 灵魂的倾诉 This is the song of this lifetime, the soul’s confession. 谢天谢地 让生命不再是虚无 Grateful to Heaven and Earth, that life is no longer empty or void. 回到本位 连结那天地的地图 Returning to our true place, reconnecting to the map of Heaven and Earth, 才看清楚 这一场命运的催促 We finally see the urging rhythm of destiny. 回首过往每一步崎岖的起伏 Looking back on every rise and fall along the rugged way, 原来都是老天爷精心的摆渡 We realize they were the Universe’s careful crossings all along. 不再执着赢过谁 或是怕认输 No longer obsessed with winning or fearing defeat, 而是学会珍惜着 脚下的泥土 We learn instead to cherish the soil beneath our feet. 放下傲慢 换来了内心的宽恕 Letting go of arrogance brings forgiveness to the heart; 顺应天道 才是那真正的坦途 Following the Way of Heaven reveals the truest path. 一呼一吸 都是爱温柔的呵护 Every breath in and out is love’s gentle protection. 所有安排 都是天最好的礼物 All that unfolds is the Universe’s finest gift. 若不知道这一生有天的眷顾 If we don’t know this life is held in the Universe’s grace, 再多成就也只是荒凉的尘土 Then all achievements are nothing but barren dust. 我们总是靠自己倔强地不服 We stubbornly rely on ourselves, refusing to yield, 撞得头破血流後 才懂得臣服 Only after blood and broken pride, do we learn how to surrender. 这是一首今生的歌 灵魂的倾诉 This is the song of this lifetime, the soul’s confession. 谢天谢地 让生命不再是虚无 Grateful to Heaven and Earth, that life is no longer empty or void. 回到本位 连结那天地的地图 Returning to our true place, reconnecting to the map of the Universe, 才看清楚 这一场命运的催促 We finally see the urging rhythm of destiny. 从此不再於黑暗迷宫里无助 From this moment on, no longer lost in a dark maze, 接受天地洒下来丰盛的雨露 We receive the abundant rain poured down by the Universe. 这是生命最庄严觉醒的维度 This is the most solemn dimension of awakening in life 知足的心 便是那最大的富足 A contented heart is the greatest wealth of all. 终於知道 这一生有天的眷顾 At last we know this life is held in Heaven’s grace. 洗净铅华 换来了 永恒的安度 Washed of all excess, we arrive at eternal peace. 谢天谢地 让心灵 找到了归宿 Grateful to Heaven and Earth that the soul has found its home. 这份恩典 是今生 完美的落幕 This blessing becomes the perfect closing chapter of this lifetime. 双手合十 这一刻 彻底地领悟 Hands joined in reverence, in this moment, complete understanding dawns 原来爱是… It turns out love is… 最圆满的 复苏 The most complete awakening and return. 在爱中共振，在感恩中连结 打造精采生命，共创美好未来。 --
