Currently in strategic coop eration with the world's largest textile digital software, information docking , and formulation of industry-standard digital exchange formats. 【Product Development Process】 The team adopts Scrum as the product development process, with a sprint length of two weeks. At the beginning of each sprint, sprint planning is conducted t o determine the features the team will develop. At the end of the sprint, a re view and retrospective are conducted to showcase completed items and discuss a reas for improvement. 【Process of Requirement Generation】 1. Stakeholders propose requirements and converge with the PM. 2. The PM defines user stories and determines user experience. 3. PM, UI/UX designers, and engineers discuss any execution difficulties. 4.
