Candidate will conduct post-trade fund accounting workflow, portfolio data analysis, fund administration and regulatory filing. In addition, Candidate will also assist management with some office administrative works. Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in finance/accounting/auditing. Back office/fund related experience is a plus. 【工作内容】 【Main Duties and Responsibilities】 1. Perform fund accounting workflow, which includes but not limited to trade reconciliation, expense & fee calculation, margin management, corporate action data management, cash position reconciliation, subscription & redemption booking and NAV calculation. 2. Handle cash management functions such as currency exchange, cash collection & disbursement, fund transfer, etc. 3. Perform portfolio data analysis and prepare managerial reports for fund manager and investors. 4. Comply with regulatory filing for various markets. 5. Liaison with external service providers/parties. 6. Engage in ad-hoc projects such as system automation and process enhancement. 7. Co-work with other operation staffs. 8.
