更新退费过程： 1. 工作天指周一到六。 2. Royal Mail一般是5-10工作天寄达。 3. Kitbag希望我们等超过15工作天再去吵他们。XD 4. 超过25工作天的话用电话/mail联系并提供地址， Kitbag会寄需填写的表格，并询问要退款或视库存状况重新寄送。 5. 要求退费的话，2-3工作天後可去信用卡明细检查。 过25工作天後回信要求退费，Kitbag很迅速的就完成手续了耶！ 直接贴信件内容给以後遇到同样事件的版友参考罗。=) 下面是落落长的原文，可以略过。XD ----------------------------要求退费後的第一封------------------------------- Thank you for your email.
