标题[问题] 编译问题

各位大大好，小弟用eclipse编译器打了一只java程式後
本来可以正常执行，但之後关闭後在打开时
当我按下Ctrl+F11 本来应该正常编译的，但现在却出现
The selection cannot be launched，and there are no recent launches.
上网查了依些资料都无法解决，
想请问版上大大有没有人可以解救我><
