标题[问题]设定问题?

刚刚使用eclipse ee 来编辑jsp.........
下午使用记事本写，网页都跑的出来，刚刚
刚刚将下午执行过的程式码用eclipse执行
出现
Several ports (8005, 8080, 8009) required by Tomcat v7.0 Server
at localhost are already in use. The server may already be running
in another process, or a system process may be using the port. To
start this server you will need to stop the other process or change
the port number(s).
麻烦大家帮我看看是哪出了问题，thx.
上面的问题>服务>TOMCAT关掉 ECLIPSE就可以执行了
刚刚使用eclipse ee 来编辑jsp.........
可是执行的结果都是404,eclipse设定存取路径为 tomcat7.0\webapp
下午使用记事本写，网页都跑的出来，刚刚
这时候连之前用记事本写的jsp都不能开了(tomcat关了?)
记事本写的jsp路径为tomcat7.0\webapp\msjsp
并在tomcat7.0\webapps\myjsp\WEB-INF
加入了 WEB.xml这个档
请问各位大大,实在找不出哪边出了问题 麻烦各位了thx
