标题[问题] NetBeans无法启动installer

各位先进好
小弟在新电脑上安装NetBeans时遇到一个从来没碰过的问题
下载版本是6.5 但是回头安装6.0也出现一样的问题
以下是问题描述

执行安装程式之後会出现Critical Error的对话视窗
Failed to create the default Wizard instance.
Exception:
org.netbeans.installer.utils.exceptions.InitializationException:
Failed to load Wizard components from resource:
org/netbeans/installer/wizard/wizard-components.xml,
using classloader sun.misc.Launcher$AppClassLoader@19821f
You can get more details about the issue in the installer log file:

按下确定按钮後会有另一个NetBeans IDE Installer对话视窗

java.io.IOException: The system cannot find the path specified

这应该是造成错误的关键，但是我不知道该怎麽解决
