标 题[问题] 为何eclipse能正常执行，而搬到Tomcat上却不会执行

out.write(text,location+"RW/input.txt");
Process p = Runtime.getRuntime().exec(location+"RW/run.bat");
String decode = in.getString(location+"RW/output.txt");
这段程式码在Eclipse上可正常执行，会产生两个档，input.txt跟output.txt
但我搬到Tomcat上执行，有产生input.txt，但没output.txt
