用在applet内用new Frame(or JFrame) 的方式，就会跳出新的执行视窗。
不过原本属於applet的限制还是一样有。(不能读档 etc)
不像applet的地方只有不是内嵌在网页内而已，:)
还有和applet一样，你把网页关掉它就消失。
