标题[问题] 关於保险理赔的文件

从印度进口货物来台湾，
物品装船（散装船）时发生意外导致破损，
shipper说有保险可申请理赔，要求我们签一些文件，
签好後赔偿金会汇入我们的公司银行帐户，
其中有一份文件是SUBROGATION RECEIPT。
上网搜寻过这份文件是申请理赔时需要签名的文件没错，
只是每家保险公司的内容有一点不一样。
公司对其中这个部分提出疑问：
Whist on your part, you will indemnify us against any lity for costs,
charges and expenses in connection with any proceedings which you may take in
our name in exercise of such rights, remedies, causes and choses in action.
想请问各位前辈：
因为申请理赔的金额只有三千多块美金，
我们担心若这些费用大於赔偿金额，
那是不是不如不要申请比较好呢？
还是这段文字只是制式内容，不用太在意？
烦请各位前辈解惑，谢谢大家。
