标题[问题] 如何关闭手势提示讯息？

小鲁Apple Watch7最近更新到9.0，每次想看时间的时候，都会被手势提示讯息给挡住。爬了好多文都没找到可以关闭提示讯息的方法。
有大大能解惑吗？感激～
