Another ironic detail here is that the company’s advertising system uses data f
rom its other services and your Apple account to decide which ads to serve. That
doesn’t feel like a privacy-first policy.
另一个讽刺的细节是，苹果的系统会使用使用者的各个装置上，和Apple ID内储存的资料来

You can disable the ad personalization feature (look under Apple Advertising in
the settings app’s Privacy & Security menu), and the company says that 78% of i
OS 15 users have done just that. But the system will still leverage data like th
e identity of your carrier, device type and what you read.

表示78%的iOS 15使用者都关闭了这个选项，但系统仍然会利用

You may ask then, why don’t Apple apps have to ask permission to track users vi
a a pop-up message? That’s what happens with other apps under ATT.
你可能会问，那为什麽苹果自家的App不用询问使用者是否要关闭允许追踪？毕竟其他第三
方App都需要问过使用者。
The reason, Apple says, is that the system “does not follow you across apps and
websites owned by other companies.” That’s what ATT is designed to prevent. I
f a third-party app doesn’t track across outside apps and websites, it also doe
sn’t need to show a pop-up.
按照苹果说的，系统「不会追踪其他公司的App和网站」，这是应用程式追踪透明度设计出
来的目的，如果某个第三方App不会追踪其他App或网站，那就没有询问使用者的必要。
後面的篇幅都是在讲苹果广告的後续计画，以及会造成的影响，与隐私关系不大就不翻了
简单来说，新的广告政策并没有违反苹果的程式追踪透明化
但那是因为，受影响的只有会跨App追踪的第三方程式
苹果自己的App并不会跨App追踪别家公司的App资料，而是拿手机里存的资料来用
所以严格上并没有违反他的程式追踪透明度……
但讽刺的是，这跟苹果自己宣称的「注重使用者隐私」却背道而驰，确实有点苹果可以其他
人都不行的感觉……
