标题[问题] iTunes APP无法购买?

我的帐号是 USA的，之前用 none (gift card) 的方式买了不少app
现在却跟我说 insufficient remaining store credit
一直要我check billing information...
输入完还是无限循环，不能购买(不管是电脑还是ipad 都不行)
明明帐号还有$2.07，要买的也只有$1.99
如果是买free 的app 就完全无这个问题
有人也是这样的吗?
到底该怎麽办?
