标题[除错] 新电脑会自行重开机

CPU：AMD Althon II 240
MB ：MA785GPMT-UD2H
RAM：威刚DDR3-1600 2G*2
VGA：内显
HDD：WD 640G AAKS
PSU：Be Quiet 400W (旧版非Deluxe)
O.S：WinXP 32位元版 SP2
﹝问题详述﹞昨晚组好电脑後，在灌常用的程式过程中，重开机好几次。我发现重开机的
时间点，我都正在同时做一堆事，如：一次开好几个FTP从旧电脑抓东西过去
，同时灌一堆有的没的常用软体...
另二次重开机是发生在我边打BBO，边抓FTP。
另外，昨天验机时发现，刚开机显示的记忆体时脉为1066非1600，
进BIOS後，工程师也不知道怎麽改...= =
回家後发现可以改为1600，不知道是不是因为我动了default记忆体设定值
所以容易重开机??
﹝已做努力﹞试过用HD Tune扫硬碟是否有坏轨，发现一切正常。
今早睡觉前放烧机程式(Orthos)给他跑，结果刚刚发现电脑一直BB叫，
Orthos视窗也显示STOPPED(原本GO的地方)，在splog档案有看到error：
