标题[公告] 板主候选人Makotoyen退选

因为私人因素，日前报名之新任板主候选人Makotoyen，
向本人要求退出本次新任板主选举。
本次板主选举参选人由四人减为三人，
明天将照选举日程表进行政见发表。
而使用者Makotoyen 所担任之小板主之职务亦因其要求，
於即日起解除其职务。
感谢他於任职期间内对本板奉献良多。
