标题[问题] 美国人想去台湾教英文

我朋友想要回台湾教英文
他是美国前50大学毕业,修完教育课程
也在美国公立中学教过英文
想请问一下
在台湾教英文需要有英文教学证书之类的东西吗?
他只能在补习班教英文吗?
还是他可以去国小教?
另外请问一下在台湾教英文的行情是怎样?
