if you have engineering background is much better
but it's not a big deal
可教授之地点：Taipei city near MRT station
near "Gongguan MRT station" is better
可教授之时间：we can negotiate with each other

i just want to practice my English speaking
so..if you have no teaching experience..it's ok
you don't need to prepare any things....just talking..haha
