That we can do language exchange or use english only. the situation about my house: the location is a day time tranditional market. but they always closed at 2:00 PM. We who live in this building hire people wash stairs room once a month to keep it clean. 10 mins to Zhongshan Junior High School MRT station by feet. There are two rooms in the house.(fourth floor) one is mine. both have twin size bed, desk, closet, big window. 4~5 level ground. Big room. The whole house is about 25 level ground, include furniture. We share one rest room, living room, kitchen There are washing machine, air conditioning, internet, cable. 7500/month the price can discuss. I have a cat, hope you don't mind.
