About the 'help yourself'.... Recently, I have seen a foreigner asking a receipt from a Taiwanese resturant's servant, and the servant gave him a blank receipt and asked him to fill it in by himself.... To be honest, I wished I had not stood there. It was not just a problem of service quality... In Europe, they might reject to give you any receipt; not least ask you to help yourself for this...
