标题[问题] 语言交换的内容?

前几天有个老外从tealit寄了一封信给我
说是想跟我做language exchange
不过因为这是我的第一次 XD
实在不太了解应该准备些什麽
请问一下有L/E经验的板友们
通常内容要怎麽安排?
一次L/E大概多久?
还有男的跟男的L/E会不会怪怪的? XD
