标题[问题] 美国亚马逊帐户被锁?

上礼拜三我注册了一个美国亚马逊帐户,打算买一台扫地机,下了订单,
等了二天进去查进度,发现订单不见了,接着去信箱看到我帐户被锁的讯息。
「There was a problem confirming your payment information. To prevent potential
misuse of your payment card, we have placed your orders on hold and locked
your account. You will not be able to place orders until we verify your
information. 」
叫我提供带姓名、帐单地址和卡号末四码的近一期帐单,因为我的是电子帐单,
帐单上面没地址,我只好请银行补寄一份带地址的纸本帐单给我,结果我今天收
到,竟然帐单是黑白的。
於是我早上将帐单扫描成pdf档,还依照网路上的教学说用word打一份中英文姓名、
亚马逊帐号、地址、电话、订单编号,底下还附上我信用卡正反面的图片,然後与
我的信用卡帐单合并成一个pdf档,登入亚马逊帐户再登出、再登入进去它会给我一
个上传文件的连结,结果我文件才传没多久,就马上收到以下的罐头讯息回覆。
「Hello,
We could not confirm your information because your document has no sufficient
information. You will not be able to place orders with us until we confirm
your information.
To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement for your
mastercard ending in 08. To upload your statement to our secure document
portal, log in to your account and follow the instructions.
The following information must be clearly displayed on the statement:
-- Your name and billing address.
-- The last 4 digits of the card number. For your protection, make sure that
only the last 4 digits are displayed.
We will review your statement and respond within 24 hours. To protect your
information, we restrict access to your statement to a team of account
specialists. Our Customer Service team can confirm that we sent this email,
but they cannot view your statement or share more information about this
issue.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We ask that you not open new accounts because any new order that you place
may be delayed. 」
这个讯息我收过好几次了,其实我上礼拜还没收到纸本帐单前,我就嚐试传电子帐单
去审核,我不知道他们到底有没有认真看我传的文件内容,总之我上传完没多久,这
个罐头讯息回覆马上就来了。
我刚刚想说可能信用卡帐单都中文的,他们看不懂地址和姓名在哪,於是我就再将帐
单第一页扫描成图档,然後用小画家写address和name指示上面的地址和姓名,然後再
与其它文件合并成一个pdf再上传出去,结果马上又得到以下回覆。
「Hello,
We could not confirm your information because your document is Illegible. You
will not be able to place orders with us until we confirm your information.
To resolve this issue, we need to verify a recent statement for your
MASTERCARD ending in 08. To upload your statement to our secure document
portal, log in to your account and follow the instructions.」
银行也说无法提供英文帐单,我能提供的资料都提供了,我实在无计可施了,
就因为美国客服看不懂中文,一直来信说无法辨识我的资料。
我只是想买台扫地机,帐号也是新注册的,第一次下单连帐户整个被锁,真是莫名
其妙。
请问有版友用美国亚马逊的购物网一样被锁帐户的吗?最後怎麽解锁的?谢谢!

大陆客服说我的是美国帐号,叫我找美国客服,不然就是跟我核对完资料,
说会请专人在24小时内跟我联络.....结果也没有。
问客服审核标准是什麽,她也只说那是帐户部门在处理的,他们不清楚。
然後,我有照前几天那个板友po的传真号码传真过去,问大陆客服说传真完要联络谁?
他就说有专人会处理。
最後,我看到mobile01在2012年有一篇回文提到如何解锁的,於是我将亚马逊帐号、
注册电话、英文姓名、帐单地址、信用卡登记的电话、订单号码用小画家写在信用卡
两页帐单的空白处,然後再把信用卡正反面图片贴在两页帐单上面,转成pdf档之後,
再上传及传真过去,总算没接到罐头讯息回覆了。这两天等看看结果如何。
