小弟之前有修过半导体元件
课程有提到MOS 等等的I-V曲线
因为很久了
现在小弟再做奈米线掺杂想知道其I-V曲线行为
请问要修那一门课会有提到这个
或是那一本圣经有提到这个
方面的基本知识
