标题[问题] 量测return loss震荡的原因

看了一篇paper
这篇paper中的天线量测return loss图
会有小幅度的起伏震荡
paper中作者有提到
The oscillation of the return loss
probably comes from the dispersion of the substrate
但我不太了解 为何基底的色散会造成return loss的震荡
