标题[问题] minimum coupling loss

有没有人了解什麽是minimum coupling loss?
我在网路上找半天越看越迷糊
我遇到的情况大概是这样
Assume Pathloss' = P(d,theta) 由距离和antenna pattern计算出的loss
and then
Pathloss = max ( Pathloss' , minimum coupling loss)
名符其实的 "minimum loss"
参考值是70dB
但我不了解为什麽会有这样一个minimum loss
而且又要取成minimum "coupling" loss
---
而跟我在网路上找到的minimum coupling loss method
或是这段定义
MCL is defined as the minimum possible propagation loss between stations of
non-coordinated operators
MCL is defined as the pathloss between a receiving station
(the so-called victim) and its nearest interferer belonging to
another operator in an adjacent frequency band
都有点牛头不对马嘴，感觉好像是不一样的东西@@
