标题[问题] HSPICE改善问题

最近学校的作业
please measure the propagation delay time by every each inputs’ condition.
Further more, please optimize the minimum delay time
by tuning the device size accordingly
是说要改善nand和 nor 闸的参数
想请大家帮忙
