我觉得如果你对RF完全外行
你可以看一下Razavi的书了解一下RF system的架构
detail的mixer电路如果是CMOS制程的话
我个人推荐Thomas Lee的书
至於你要做的mixer要看你是用在怎样的system
若是protable的话可能要找passve mixer
若是不考虑耗电的话可以找active mixer
differential signal
不需要产生IQ的话可以用Giber cell
若是要产生IQ的话可能要用double balance的结构
single signal的话只要一颗device
detail可能就要自己看书罗
我也不是很熟
一点点自己的看法
