标题[问题] HFSS模拟微带线和天线(於CMOS制程)

请问一下
HFSS模拟Microstrip line或是Antenna 於CMOS制程.请问哪些地方设定要注意
现行XP只能读到3.25G记忆体(我已经插了6G了)
我都跑一下子就out of memory
请问该如何解决~"~
PS:出现error有两个
1.Simulation completed with execution error on server: Local Machine.
2.Adaptive solution setup, process hf3d error: Matrix solver exception: out of
memory
