标题[问题]GSM的BER问题

GSM requires BER of 0.01%, from the figure(probability of bit error)
we can get the required Eb/N0: 10dB.
Considering the 4 dB coding gain from convolution coding,
the final required Eb/N0: 6 dB.
上面这段是看某各document看到的
我疑惑的是这里的BER与 GSM RF sensitivity test
的BER 2.439% 有何不同?
