标题[问题] spiral inductor 使用hfss模拟

小弟刚开始接触制程中 spiral inductor
没有前辈带领 目前使用HFSS模拟 结果还是差很多
paper看了一些 网路上看的一些ansoft的example也做了
不过还是有点差距
请问高手有无 HFSS spiral inductor 的例子 好像小弟学习 各部位的设定及画法
