Please calculate the depletion region width in an abrupt p-n junction with a net
impurity density of NA-=10^16/cm3 on the p-side and ND+=10^15/cm3 on the n-side (a)
at thermal equilibrium, (b) at a forward bias of 0.4V. At room temperature the
ni=10^10/cm.
