这个问题真的是 noise-figure match 和 conjugate match 差异导致的吗?
假设输入采用 noise-figure match
那麽 min(NF) v.s max(S21) 有偏差, 还说得过去.
为何 S11 也会飘掉?
不只是 LNA, 我以前模拟的 PA (conjugate match)
也发现 min(S11) 和 max(S21) 对不起来
这和 reverse isolation 有关吗?
希望有人能指点一下
