标题[问题] 请问前辈们一个名词解释....Desensitization

我最近在看一份PAPER，对於Desensitization这一个字实在搞不清楚
我有找到他的解释
The compression in the IF output power from a desired
RF input signal caused by a second high level signal
being simultaneously applied to the RF port of a mixer.
As a rule of thumb, in low level mixers, a desired RF
input 3 dB below the mixer conversion compression
point will begin to cause desensitization.
但是，还是不太懂(我才刚进实验室)
可以请前辈们，帮我解释依下嘛?
