小弟有两个问题想请教各位高手...
1.以下是小地跑SPICE的时候 所出现的错误讯息..
能否请高手指教一下,到底是什麽问题呢?
是不是收敛的问题...因为刚开始跑没多久 跑到一半 会当掉..
lis档如下..

(flip-flop) in the circuit. By setting options dcon=-1 and converge=-1
you can disable auto convergence process. Retry the run, non-convergence
diagnostics will provide useful information about the nodes and devices
which can be used to work around the non-convergence problems.

You can speed up your simulation by specifying:

小弟在跑比较器的电路 请问高手 怎麽跑出出 迟滞曲线呢??
要使用.dc 还是.tran跑呢??
怎麽跑呢 能否请高手指教 ...
拜托了 请指教...

1F:推 akiottm:问题1:H-spice用它预设的init值去跑结果发散,请检查电路, 02/22 19:53
2F:→ akiottm:或照他说的去修改.opt设定或修改.tran的scale 02/22 19:55
3F:→ akiottm:问题2:用.dc先扫最负到最正电位再.alter扫最正到最负, 02/22 20:00
4F:→ akiottm:开avanwave把X-axis设定成V(in)就有hysteresis curve 02/22 20:01
