标题关於SNR与INR的问题

最近看一本书, 作者SNR定义似乎不单纯是Eb/No
假设在multiusr MIMO的环境下
各user(i) Tx 和 Rx 之间的channel 可用一个 Nt*Nr的矩阵Hi表示
其中Hi 内的元素 hij (ith Tx_antenna, jth Rx_antennas)为complex Gaussian
且彼此独立
书上定义SNR, INR为

The SNR of the user_of_interest is defined as "V1/N", where V1 is the variance
of the real or imaginary part of the elements of H1. (N is noise variance)
The interference_to_noise ratio (INR) of the pth user is defined as "Vp/N",
where Vp is the variance of the real or imaginary part of the elements of Hp.

另外 INR=20dB 代表干扰功率是杂讯的100倍(20dB)耶，这个参数设定的意义是???
以上不太懂，导致模拟结果与书上不一样，
