Neglecting other interference sources, the equivalent total available
C/(N+I) [dB] in a given location of the service area can be estimated
by using formula (A.3).
C = sum(Wi*Ci)i
Ci: is the power contribution from the i-th echo at the receiver input.
C : is the total power of the effective useful signal.
Wi: is the weighting coefficient for the i-th component.
sum(.)i: summation over i
* : multiply
