课程目的:
介绍公共关系学门的基本学理、相关研究与案例
培养经营管理人具备管理公共关相关主题的分析、判断与决策能力
课程进行方式
本课程采「公关策略管理」观点﹐以「个案研讨」的方式切入各主题。课程
主题包括︰公关研究探讨、公关效益研究、公共关系模式、公关研究方法、
名誉/形象管理、形象修复策略、危机沟通与危机管理、公关与新闻媒体、
议题管理、关系策略与社会文化、国际公关等。另外,课程涵盖二至三次国
际学者与实务界人士客座演讲。
评分方式
小组期中主题报告(含质询组问题)(25%)
小组期末研究报告(35%)
课堂报告 (15%) ﹕有两种方式择一
1.以小组为单位,除小组主题报告与质询主题外,请另选3个主题(多交加
分),於上课前分组讨论该次上课readings &讨论提纲,於该堂课上课时时
缴交有关该主题讨论提纲的答案,此外,并提出1-2个值得讨论的问题以及
可能的(或许不同面向的)答案(此报告亦可以个人报告形式缴交)。或
2.个人上课主题论文摘要报告(15%):除小组主题报告与质询主题外,以个
人为单位,选择三篇上课必读论文撰写摘要报告(以二页为主,三页为限)
课堂参与与讨论(15%)
期末考或个人期末小报告(10%)
加分﹕个人心得报告:从三个客座演讲中,撰写二篇心得报告(每篇以二页
为限)
其他注意事项
期初个人资料:请於上课第二周缴交个人照片给课代,每堂上课时请在座位
上备妥站立名牌。
报告缴交请准时。书面报告请打字﹐封面上请写上姓名、座号、系级、课程
名称、授课老师与缴交日期等。除特殊状况,不接受迟交。
演讲心得报告缴交时间:演讲後一周之上课时间。
