Shin 是陈铭宪教授的指导教授，回我信说会 review 我的 profile, Jamin 今年不收学生，Stanford 方面都没回信。 : 我觉得stanford就是得够强，进去才比较好！我是觉得chtsai是没问题 在最 top 的学校也得是最 top 的学生才行。我也「恐惧」於 接受 stanford 带来的考验。 : 够强的意思就是得和别人激烈竞争Qualification, good professors, and : financial funding. Not only have to be capable of doing so, but : also have to be mentally prepared about that. That's an advantage : of Stanford, because after you survive the competition, you will be : the master in that field. It's also a disadvantage, because some one : like me does not have the strong mind to be in that competition. : But considering all visible conditions, Stanford is surely one of the : best school in EE. The location, the funding, the professors, the : colleagues. Yap. Especially for Ph.D students. : UMich is also a very good school. But I also heard some body who can : not get any financial support after their 2nd Ph.D. year. The weather : there cannot be compared with the california.
