标题Re: [问题] BB86 拆卸 更换工具

原始条件：
- Fuji Roubaix 1.3 使用 Oval concepts 520 曲柄
- 查询规格为BB86
欲更换：
- 对锁式BB86
- 留意：
- Oval concepts 520 为 GXP 规格
- 搜寻 BB86 gxp vs hollowtech (Shimano 中轴使用技术)
- **The main difference of GXP compared to Hollowtech II is the “steppe
d” spindle diameter**. The drive side is 24 mm as before, but this tapers down
to 22 mm on the non-drive side. This supposedly allows for larger bearings to be
installed on the non-drive side, and it is also inherited from the ISIS design.
- 白话就是 GXP 用22 mm 於非传动侧
- 询问客服确认BB规格：加买GXP转换座 (24mm to 22mm)
使用工具：
- 此曲柄为Self Extracting 式曲柄，使用8mm 内六角板手退出即可

实际操作：
1. 拆链条 - 快扣拆卸工具
2. 拆曲柄 - 8mm 内六角板手
3. 退中轴 - 胶鎚敲击
4. 退BB - 这个……想办法兔出来……
5. 擦拭、上油、锁上新BB - 润滑油、对锁式BB锁付工具
6. 中轴上油，插入BB - 润滑油
7. 非传动侧曲柄锁上 - 8mm 内六角板手
8. 上链条 - 快扣拆卸工具
