I am glad you are enjoying your Spector bass! yes this looks like a Czech made Spector bass. please note that we started production on these basses in 1994 and did not add our inlays to the Czech fingerboards until mid 1999. so yes the dots are correct. also 1990s models did not have any info on the back of the headstock. then a serial number was added inside the control cavity where the active tone controls are located. then the info including made in Czech Republic was added to the back of the headstock. evolution! :) since your bass has our "SS" Spector name and logo, AND dot fingerboard markers, I would say it was made in the first half of 1999.
