1. 修正 signed shift right 的部分:
signed shift right 在负奇数时均和除以 2^n 不相等 (差1),
而不是只有 -1 出问题.
2. mydouble.c 已可以使用.
上课时其实没写错, 只是 printf 应该用 %llx (for long long int)
而不是 %x XD
