sigma algebra 又可以说成是 set algebra,
是一组在集合运算下满足封闭性的 family.
也就是 F 中任意两个集合 A, B,
满足 A∩B 在 F 里面.
任意集合 E, 补集 E' 会在 F 里面.

另外, 交集跟补集满足封闭性, 可以推得联集满足封闭性.
